⚠️ Your check must be received at least 30 days before your selected tournament for your team’s spot to be confirmed. If payment is not received by the deadline, your team’s spot may be released to a team on the waiting list.

If your division is currently full, join the waitlist for a chance to be added if a spot becomes available! Teams are added to the waitlist in the order forms are received. A mail in check is required to join the waitlist and will only be deposited if your team is offered and accepts an available spot. If a spot does not become available, your check will be shredded and no payment will be processed.

1️⃣ When will we receive the schedule?
Brackets and game schedules will be sent out at least one week prior to your tournament date.
2️⃣ What happens if we need to make a change after registering?

3️⃣ How do we complete registration and payment?
All teams must register online through Crossbar. During registration, you may pay by card or electronic check through Crossbar, or select the Mail-In Check option.
Mail-in checks must be received at least 30 days before your selected tournament. Your team’s spot will not be confirmed until payment is received. If payment is not received by the deadline, the spot may be released to a team on the waiting list.
